Pizza baked in an authentic stone oven

The one-piece dome-shaped structure uses a special stone called "ceramic" that is ideal for stone ovens, and while it produces overwhelming heat with the upper fire at 500°C and the lower fire at 400°C, the heat is gentle and the inside of the oven maintains a sauna-like condition that warms you from the inside.This allows us to bring out the aroma and flavor of the dough and the flavor of the ingredients while baking them to the fullest.
